The coaching sessions have contributed so much. First of all I learned to increase my body consciousness. Second I know better how to balance my energy. My selfconfidence has grown so much that I developed the courage to follow my dreams and choose the job I really wanted.
Antoinette taught me to perceive what goes on inside other people separate from myself so I don’t have to take everything personal anymore. Since and because I use my intuition more and more I experience a lot of things in my life as a special gift.

Former president of the Board of ABP John Neervens had had very good experiences with MTC Outdoor Europe when they trained hundreds of managers of the former Sociaal Fonds Bouwnijverheid (Cordares).

When he started at ABP John Neervens advised Jan Willem van der Wal, then head of Management Development, to contract MTC Outdoor Europe for the ABP Management Development.
High Potentials
This year we ran the 13th Management Development training programme for ABP High Potentials.

This all takes place on a magnificent location: Landgoed Le Hérou situated in the midst of a natural reserve the beautiful Ardennes.
When he changed to NIB Capital to become their HR manager, Jan Willem van der Wal also contracted MTC Outdoor Europe for NIBC. Later he contracted us for several international Management Development Courses at Heerema.
RANDSTAD conferences again at Landgoed Le Hérou
Outdoor conference
After they had a great time last year, the complete Management Team of Randstad Callflex chose again for Landgoed Le Hérou to assess their business plans for the new year in a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
Adventurous Outdoor
In between meetings the managers enjoyed adventurous outdoor activities, exquisite catering and festivities to celebrate their success.

All participants were very positive about the personal welcome and all facilities.
They especially valued the beautiful scenery and the many different locations to work in smaller and larger groups indoor and outdoors!
